Which cities can you deliver to today?
We deliver same-day in Kabul, Mazar-i-Sharif, Herat and Jalalabad. Kandahar is next, and we add cities carefully as we expand.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery to the city center is free on every order. Addresses outside the city center or in surrounding villages carry an extra fee, and that fee is always shown before you pay, never added afterwards.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Any bank card works, issued in any country, and Apple Pay and Google Pay work too. Prices are shown in US dollars and your own bank converts at its rate on the day.
How much does a package cost?
Ready gift boxes start at $38 and ready grocery boxes at $49.99. You can also build a package item by item from the catalogue, with a $50 minimum, and you see the full total before you pay.
How do I know my order arrived?
Every order includes photo proof after delivery so you can see that your package reached your family safely.
Can I send phone top-ups too?
Yes. You can recharge Afghan mobile numbers instantly alongside groceries, gifts, and other essentials.
